Over recent years, banks and financial institutions have been increasingly involved in large-scale, complex litigation cases. The common denominator of these cases is the need to comply with internal procedures and rules, and with the legal and regulatory duties that apply to banks and institutions. In light of this situation, the law firm PLMJ has created a banking and finance litigation team with the experience and know-how to meet the specific needs of the sector in litigation and risk management matters.
